The Southeastern Indiana Musicians Association Inc. is proud to announce its 18th annual Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies. The 2018 Induction ceremony will take place at the Historic Gibson Theater located at 107 North Main Street in Batesville, IN.  Please join us in a celebration of local music as we welcome in this year’s class of Hall of Fame Inductees along with our 3 2018 Distinguished Inductees, Jim Helms,   Kenzie Bentle & David Kling. Featuring live performances by 3 time Grammy Nominee, local musician, and Southeastern Indiana Musicians Hall of Fame member, Jamie Johnson from the Grascals performing with Nashville songwriters Susanne Mumpower & Shawn Byrne also with acoustic performances by Ron Hollowell, and Josh Brock from 90 Proof Twang. Doors are at 6pm, ceremony begins at 7pm

Well folks the time has come again for the Southeastern Indiana Musicians Association to announce our Class of 2018 Hall of Fame inductees. For the first time, we will be honoring three distinguished individuals for their lifetime of contributions to music in Southeastern Indiana Music community. It is with great honor and pleasure pleasure that we are presenting this award and much deserved recognition to Jim Helms, Kenzie Bentle, and David Kling. They have influenced generations of musicians and entertained countless residents of the community not only as performers but as band leaders,

As the Southeastern Indiana Musicians Association enters its 18th year for inductees, the organization has taken a new direction with regard to their award ceremonies. historically the awards have taken place during the Aurora Farmers Fair on Wednesday nights. "We are grateful to the Aurora Lions and Farmers Fair for their support all of these years, but this year we are going to change things up," says Andy Jackson SEIMA board member.

The 2017 inductees to the Southeastern Indiana Musicians Association Hall of Fame have been revealed.  
The hall of fame induction ceremonies will take place Wednesday, Oct. 4, at the Aurora Farmers Fair on Stage 2.  Music will start at 7 p.m. and the ceremonies follow at 8 p.m.  More music will follow.

The 15th annual Southeastern Indiana Musicians Hall of Fame induction ceremonies will take place at the Aurora Farmers Fair Stage 2, Second and Main streets, Aurora, Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 8 p.m., said Vice President Caz Burdette.

The public is invited to the ceremonies.
