2025 SEIMA Project Application Information and Schedule

APPLY Now Deadline for Video Submissions is March 31, 2025!

The Southeastern Indiana Musician’s Association is very excited to present the 2025 SEIMA Project arts endowment fund!

The Southeastern Indiana Musician’s Association will be providing performance opportunities, mentorship and $2000 in cash awards ($1000 each) to two up and coming young musicians in our local area. The “SEIMA PROJECT” was created to give young musicians,14 to 19 years of age, a helping hand to achieve their dreams and goals. Participants can be an instrumentalist and/or a vocalist and must be a resident of Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley or Switzerland counties in Indiana to enter. Please fill out the form below and include a link to your audition performance video, showcasing your musical skills and talents (5 minutes maximum length). Videos will be evaluated based on the performance only, video production value is not factored into an applicant’s qualifications. A cell phone video is perfectly fine. Upload your performance video to youtube or other sharable video platform and send us the link! Finalists will be chosen in April and contacted to schedule a follow up live performance audition and interview with our SEIMA Project Panel. Give us your best performance! Show us your unique skills! Videos submissions can either be a solo performance(preferred), or with accompaniment, but should clearly place emphasis on the applicant and their musical skills. We look forward to hearing from you! Submissions must be received between Jan 1 - Mar 31, 2025 to be eligible. See the program guidelines below for the program schedule.

Winners scheduled to perform, “Grand Finale” Performance at the 2025 “Southeastern Indiana Musician’s Association Hall Of Fame Ceremony.”
